National Vegetarian Week in the UK next week!
I am cooking live on BBC Radio Lincolnshire to celebrate it. Cooking? Live on radio? Yes, I thought that too but what the hell!
I have 10 minutes to cook a meal for two!!!
Goes out around 12am UK time, I think.

What day Leggo ?..Sure I can pick up Radio Lincolnshire on the net and have a listen.
A lot of years ago I heard a reggae song warning of the perils of eating Big Macs.. Went something along the lines of :-
Dem hamburger which dem serve wid cheese,
could never replace me rice and peas,
Me want no Big Mac, Me want no Big Mac
No idea as to the artist.
Maybe you can have that as your background music...

We need a whole lot more of Jah Jah and a lot less rock and roll.

This Monday coming! I'm pretty nervous to be honest as I haven't seen the 'kitchen' and 10 minutes to cook a meal for two is virtually Mission Impossible. But hey, M.I. is just the way I like it as I always relish a challenge!MadAmigo wrote:What day Leggo ?..Sure I can pick up Radio Lincolnshire on the net and have a listen.

Stir fry. What else can you do in such a short time! Also, it'll sound great on radio as it sizzles in the pan

Re: vegetarians and reggae
It seems I am now being asked to do this cooking on radio EVERYDAY this week! Five different meals in 5-10 mins, now that *really is* mission impossible!
