I did a stir fry. It was really successful. Three presenters tried it. Including one big guy who admitted he was a meat eater / salad dodger. They all liked it, lots. That's the beauty of veggie food, properly done it actually tastes really good.

I'm on for another spot on Tuesday and probably also the rest of the week!

Actually, I should apologise for my post to Nightmare.

I'm a hypocrite.

I don't follow the tenants of my own faith strictly.

I'm not supposed to take ANY intoxicants, that includes tea and coffee. Of course you all know I don't stick to that rule very well at all!

I had no right to take a poke at Nightmare. I was just shooting from the hip.

I am sorry for what I said to Nightmare.

No I think we realise how bad the times are more than you think. But there's always been a big struggle going on for those not born into luxury. The 1970s were no picnic. But somehow we had a GREAT time in between the struggles.

But I always survived the baddest times by remembering that my soul is eternal and nobody can take my soul away from me. That's given to me by God and it's his, not theirs, to play with as he pleases.

Give thanks and praise to the most high!

NM
hi..well i mean i know it maybe wont make any difference to you..but..
mcdonalds is real crap , real low down leftovers from a slaughterhouse, it tastes like real bad i am told (ive never eaten the muck) and is full of animal suffering, full of an animals terror prior to being slaughtered.plus growth hormones and water pumped into turkeys bodies to make them swell up and look bigger on the plate.
i know i know..
millions of folk out there are addicted to big macs, but youre a reggae man too..so surely theres hope for you..surely...
regards

Sean is right. And I often ponder why anyone would want to eat an animals private parts, eyelids, sinews, brains, etc etc.

Sheer Babylon badness.

yes
no one can force you to eat meat, whether friend, foe, or in between.vegetarianism is for those who will open up their heart and allow animals not to have their hearts eaten by crazed men and women...
