Does anyone have more information about the recording of "Let's make Africa Green Again" for the Ethiopian famine victims?

I know that it was recorded with musicians of Aswad, Black Slate, Dub Band and Jah Warriors and featuring Dennis Brown, Trevor Walters, Winston Reedy, Keith Drummond, The Blackstones and many more... but I don't know exactly who plays each instrument... and who was the producer?
