When you get the frequency so high 10kHZ you can hear it cos it effects the bass, same when you go so low on the bass frequency its so low you cant hear it you can only feel it.
PE - Bass How Low Can You Go song public nme did.
It can be very harmfull with such a low bass and do internal damage even at low volume.So the Drum & Bass music is really mucking up their insides and the booming bass from that music played in your car hoodies.

Perhaps we can actually feel some of these non-audible frequencies. Maybe this explains why great vinyl on a terrific set up can produce such a rush when the volume control get high.
