One Love Peace Concert & Smile Jamaica Concert

I have two questions:

1. I have the video One Love Peace Concert. And the "Talking Revolution"When I listen to "Get Up, Stand Up" they are different. Did he play two shows on the One Love Peace Concert.

2. Who played on the smile jamaica concert?

as i recall "get up stand up" was not from bob setlist....i think tosh did that one in that festival.

Yeah Peter played them, but it seems that the version on "talking revolution" and on the one love peace concert video are not the same. to me they sound different but still I am not sure.

I would like to get the smile jamaica concert on video or dvd. is it available?

the video I have features. some of peter songs, bob and jacob miller. I think there is also another concert on that tape with dennis brown, u-roy. But they combined them and sold it as the one love peace concert. If I am wrong you may correct me

U must be talking about heartland reggae the one that starts with jacob miller and follows with dennis brown, peter tosh etc. Yeah i know that one but the sets peter was doing i dont think it was from the one love peace concert that is why the song get up stand up was different than the one on revolution b/c the one from the revolution was from one love peace concert and the one on heartland reggae was from a different concert.

exactly that's it, the heartland reggae. Good to know, allt the time I thought that all the Peter Tosh Songs are from that One Love Peace Concert. That's a kind of disappointing.

No problem. From my knowlege the video peter tosh's one love peace concert does not exist b/c peter told them to shut off the bright lights b/c they were too focused on him eyes. There is a home video that is black and white which shows bits and clips of him on the red x tapes but I wish peter never told them to turn off the camera b/c his set at the one love peace concert was I think for me the greatest live performance by any artist ever.

Very interesting, in my view this concert is really the best I ever heard, I wish I could have that on dvd or tape
