There is some heavy roots coming out of Hawaii these days, so I was glad to see mention of Dread Ashanti and Ooklah the Moc. I prefer Dread Ashanti's "Rising" to "Beauty of the Sea," but both are must haves. Anything Ooklah does is golden, but "Rearrange Your Positive" is roots/dub/harmony/lyrical perfection.
Also, "Peace in a Time of War" by D.C.'s Soldiers Of Jah Army is sick.
Best roots albums recorded since the 90's, must-haves ?
