The theme of this mix tape is Babylon Burning. I've tried to select songs that reflect the anger, and yet ultimate hope, that typifies reggae music. Times are hard but Jah is on our side and will burn Babylon. The wicked shall get their retribution, that's the message of this mix up.

There's some real pearls in this mix. From the conscious sounds of Culture's 'Baldhead Bridge' through the brilliant dub version on Linval Thompson's 'Dread AT The Control' this mix is made to make Babylon go running to the rock. But they can't hide, because Jah will 'Kill Them Dead' as sings King Sounds.

The wicked shall be cast aside and the righteous shall prevail because, as Johnny Clarke sings: "You can't conquer Natty Dreadlocks!". And, just in case Babylon didn't get that message first time, Dr Alimantado is there to reinforce the message.
