Cornell Campbell [?] song ID

Post by sufferah »

I have a few lines of the lyrics in my mind, hope I got it right:

When you hold me girl, hold me strong
When you squeeze me girl, squeeze me throng
[...]

Never let me down girl, you'll wear my crown girl
This is the start, so -- love me with all of your heart, yeah
I wanna dedicate my whole life loving you, loving you, baby...

Anyone of you have an idea?

...oddly this Heptones vocal can be found on some recent presses of a Clocktower 7" where it's wrongly labelled 'Pestilence - Uprising'.

I've found a cover version on Cornell Campbell - Boxing 'round LP that sounds right. Has there been a single release of this tune?
