Gosh! Please give me more info on the Paris thing. When and where is it exactly? Do you have a link? I wish I had known this earlier. Sounds wicked! But by now probably no chance any more for an affordable train ticket. Anyway, let me know more ...

Man, it's free and in front of the Batofar (sur les quais), on the 6th of july (sunday) from 15pm to 22pm. Where do you come from ?

I suggest to arrive early as it should be overcrowded !

I come from Cologne/Germany. They advertise for cheap tickets with Thalis train to Paris. But as usual if you want one they don't have it (checked already). Really wished I could come though "overcrowded" doesn't sound good to me. Blackboard Jungle have a good soundsystem I guess? Do they have regular sessions in Paris?

I'm not sure for the crowd, I know the place (10 minutes walk from my flat actually) and I've seen Mad Prof playing there, it was OK.

Blackboard Jungle is one of the biggest sound system in France (maybe the biggest), their sono is really great. They have regular session in Paris and UK sounds like Aba, Channel One etc. use their sono when they come here and don't bring theirs.

I just hope the weather will be good !

Yes! I've heard about this session, unfortunately it takes place one the wrong day for me. This sunday will be Toot's day @ Solidays (Paris)!
BTW, I've never seen him and hope that it will be a good show... But I guess Toots & the Maytals Live are surely OK !
