I Roy "World On Fire" question

Post by Rootsman »

Guys, just a quick question

Is there a straight dub counterpart to this album

[cover=1916,2267]

Whole album is great with some spot on riddims and I would imagine a dub version would be wicked.

Thanks

Dave,

The Rootsdub Discography page says that [cover=816,951] is a dub album to World on Fire, but I have no means to confirm it:)

I have both albums and yes, Cancer is the dub cut to World On Fire.

Its funny, but I always remember "Cancer" being more of an instrumental album than a dub album which I guess is why I never related these two albums to each other.

I will definately dig it out tonight and give it a play.

Cancer as most of the tracks from the World on Fire lp, But to me it's more instrumental than dub. and the Doctor Fish lp have almost the same tracks with different lyrics as the W.O.F. lp
