Does anyone happen to know the "original" tune that is featured on this LP as the track: "Hearts Of Dub" ...??

I can hear some faint vocals and some DJ toasting (sounds like U-Roy?)...

It's on the Cultural Dub LP produced by Sylvan Morris & Harry J
