I have the following Don Carlos CDs. In my opinion D. Carlos may have one of the smoothest deliveries and greatest voices in the history of reggae. Since it hasn't been mentioned I would have to say "Deeply Concerned" is one of Don's greatest songs and delivery. Every one of these CDs is somewhere from good to absolutely great!!

7 Days A Week (1990s)
Deeply Concerned
Ease Up (1990s)
Firehouse Clash (with Junior Reid)
Ghetto Living
Harvest Time
Just a Passing Glance
Meets Might Diamonds at Channel One Studios (Natty Dread Have Credential)
Plantation
Prophecy (AKA Suffering)
Pure Gold
Time is the Master
Prison Oval Clash (with Earl Cunnigham and Charlie Chaplin)

Don Carlos is a legend i have 99% of his tunes and if you like Black Uhuru then you will like Carlos. The one tune which i cant find of his is Strictly Culture. I have searched everywhere for this. dOES ANY ONE KNOW WHY THIS GREAT SINGER HAS NEVER DONE A CONCERT OVER HERE IN THE uk?

Don Carlos has 3-4 concerts every year were I live at. His voice hasent changed a bit he sounds as good as he did back in the day. Very good lyrics and hard ridims all the time. Don't miss him if he's around you're area.

just scanned the posts and I don't think I saw this one mentioned (apologies if i missed it).

[cover=864,1000]

i like this one a lot, along with "day to day living", "natty dread have him credential", etc...

don carlos has loads of great albums.

his voice is one of the most distinctive in reggae, and when you hear him live today, he hasn't missed a beat.

if you haven't gotten into his albums, then now is the time -- he is a true legend of reggae. many of his albums are alltime classics in my opinion.
