Yeah it are the Blood Sisters, they released a 7" and a 12" of the track "Ring My Bell" in 1979.

Repress released in 2002:

Nice tune, also on the B-side, "Don't Let It Go To Your Head" by Black Harmony. Nice female singers.

This is probably one of the most bogus JA tunes I've heard so far... this tune is so bad, it's terrible...

who made the original The Village People ??? Abba ??
from Genesis to Revelation here I come ,here I come to dub the nation.

eh, Leggo...
ok, yeah right...ok then...

full disclosure, I would be more of a 'Funky Town' kind of guy in terms of the music and quality though I would not enthuse too much about it...
or, you know...eh...eh...uh Blondie's Heart of Glass was a good one...NO...I didn't say that...what I meant was...it could have been a good tune if...if...she sung it 'eartically in a roots vibe, in Jamaica - yeah, that's what I was...um...saying...

yu so positive!
Scary sometimes! But I suppose as a mod you have to keep a +++ kind of head on.

respect for that

Leggo Rocker, admiration for standing up to be counted. I found this 12" in a Oxfam (thrift/charity) store here in the UK and the Dub is a nice little Dub and the tune is a nice little tune. as you say not everything has to be smoke laden dread heavy to get my vote. Just look at the covers from some of the vocal groups in the early reggae era, pure classics and yet they covered some really naff tunes at times.

According to a VH1 show I saw a while back, "Heart of Glass" did originally have a skank to it, but the label made them change it because they felt that the reggae sound wouldn't move enough copies.
