OK... bump, bump, bump... Maybe we need some more info on what prompted my question:

There is this version of "Repatriation" by Horace Andy on The Wonderful World Of Horace Andy (see: http://www.emusic.com/album/Horace-Andy ... 07366.html )

I heard this version the other day on a local roots Reggae radio show, and it mixed right into a DJ version of the same tune... I couldn't I.D. the DJ for sure... could've possibly been Trinity? Clint Eastwood? Dillinger? U-Brown? ... not sure. And, at the time, I couldn't call into the radio DJ to find out about it...

I searched around and found this version: Carl Malcolm & Ranking Trevor - Repatriation (Grove Music 12"), although nice, it is definitely not the Horace Andy version...

Does this help? Any ideas?

P.S. -- It's funny how the "names" of some reggae tunes are sort of a fluid thing... But, I can see I started my search for this tune i.d. under the wrong name. I also see it appears on this production: http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4111 I assume the track [length] is about the same?

I would recommend Sufferation, a really nice album. The tracks by Mr. Stone and The Rockstones are quite good for those that have not heard them.
