You waited too long! Paypal buyer protection expires after 45 days.

Yeah hes been alright for me in the past but like said, unless you have his email or whatever i think its gonna be hard for you to get any claim back now.

I recently had problems with
studioonemaster926 which sells way overgraded records and send in economic priority while it was payed for recorded but I think the new feedback policy on ebay is killing him .

I was right, he's no longer registered on ebay after a lot of bad feedbacks :

francis co. records. . . belongs to gary francis. i've done business with him several times. . . he has a min. amount of money you have to spend in order to order from his site. . . i used pay pal for all my transactions and never had a problem. i made a few big orders which had to be sent it 4 different packages and the arrived about a week apart. most records were in the condition stated. a few were a little dusty. . . noting that affected play at all. i never had a bad experience with him . . he does take a little long to reply to emails and order.

same with me he is bonafide
it has been years ago but never had any problems with him
