Astonishing Lyrics from Bunny

I see light fighting against darkness
Righteousness against evil
Right battling against wrong
Here comes bondage struggling for freedom
But have patience I Idren have patience
Don't be burdened by reasons of tribulations
Have patience! Idren have patience
Remember the call of redemption
It says: Blessed art the poor
They shall inherit the earth
Blessed art the meek
They shall have a birth
Them that hunger and thirst after righteousness
Them alone shall be called blessed

Trod in the valley for the longest time, Jah
and I'll never ever quit
I've just got to do this
Trod in the valley and I'll never ever quit
Trod in the valley and I've got to do this
Trod in the valley to keep myself here
for this Armageddon war
for this final war

Me frankly, when I am words of some there reggea tunes come to mi spirit like that from burnin which says in "the can' T" (This Land is for No one man Jah Jah creation is for every one.The can' T kill us all No No No) They are words on what I contemplate my lesson of revolution. Is necessary to say that SPEAR delivers the necessary one in a specific rate/rhythm to our culture and other messages of DON CARLOS which reveal the glory of JAH on this ground and these men which say powerful destroy it by creating abominable things in comparison with the eternal and harmin simply humanity... ckeck out lyrics who say... "they' Re tryin tryin to destroy JAH creation but they only destroy themself... Concerning ganja my people in stupidity nourish itself of a certain ignorance and in this, perished of in. "just has passivates glance... I have burnin my soul" and "JAH coils is like burnin fire we keep... burnin burnin burnin and never grow cold..."ckeck out this one from Bunny wailer...:)

I like the ska track 'Congo War' by Lord Brynner - because it's a contemporary treatment of a very serious African situation - despite the humour in the lyrics - the world at large in 1960 found the African names in the headlines baffling and exotic. It all ended in tragedy for Lumumba...

It is sad but it's exciting,
When I read the newspaper.
About what's happening
In the western province of Africa.
Everybody's fighting,
to get Matadi bay.
But it is amusing,
When I read all the bosses names.
Such as Kasavubu,
and Etienne Tshisekedi
Fighting to gain power over Katanga.
Colonel Mombutu
rivaling Tshombe
to be boss over the Congo.

My father made me to know
that my great great gandfather
Came from the Congo in the Western Province of Katanga.
But I can't remember his name,
because it was too long.
and if I called the name
I might have to bite my tounge.
All like Kasavubu
and Patrice Lumumba
Fighting to gain power over Katanga
Colonel Mobutu
and Justin Momboko
rivaling Tshombe to be boss over the Congo
Oh Congo baba wa mojique berele
are ba pas arev ah roquo de mole,
Mojique berele Congo,
eh uwah Kosu.
