Can any one tell me what the album "Many moods of Alton Ellis" is like. I am familiar with some of his earlier stuff, but I believe the tracks on this album were recorded between 1978 - 1980.
Is it worth picking up, please advise.

In my opinion it is one of Altons strongest and I would recommend it.

The album is from 1980 and collects six tracks that appeared also on the 'Mr Skabeana' album (though in a different mix)together with other recordings.

Re: Alton Ellis
Are there others besides "Many moods of Alton Ellis" and "Alton Ellis Sings, Heptones Harmonise" which have almost the same tracks?
