morrissey owns attack records?

i have heard from a few of my friends that morrissey owns attack records.
does anyone know that to be true?
it seems very strange that a very open homosexual would own a record label that puts out reggae...
i dont know...

Attack Records from 1969-1980:
and were re-issuing stuff right up until Sanctuary bought it up.
It was bought up by Sanctuary Records in 2003 and gave Morrissey the Attack label to record on. Not to own.
Sanctuary Records was a subsidiary of Universal Music Group until June 2007.
June 2007 Universal Music Group bought up Sanctuary Records for £44.5 million GBP.
So Universal Music Group now own Attack.
