Has 'Be my princess lady' got a dub version? Some Jammy groove would be wicked for this one!!

Lacksley Castell Tune ID

Post by kandi »

I would like to know the name of a tune i heard sometime back and which i concluded to be done by L. Castell. The lyrics from the very first part goes:

"Who are them that dressed in white,
must be the children of israelites'

The rythmn is the same as Dennis Brown's "Children Of Israel"

The tune is an extended mix.

Any info?

Guess this tune is "Jah children", if i'm right.
It was issued on the Rockers label.

no disrespect intended but personally i don't see how you guys can mix up hugh mundell and lacksley castell. . . lacksley had a distinct voice that i can call out right away. . . ive pretty much heard every tune he has so i know the tunes but besides that, his voice is alot diff then hugh mundell In my opinion. . . as far as the jah fire album. . . i can still tell the diff. between the 2 singers. they were both killer singers. . .

On Jah Fire mostly Lacksley Castell is singing, sometimes with Hugh Mundell as a backing vocal. I only hear one track with Hugh Mundell in the lead.

I read that A-side is Hugh Mundell and B-side is Lacksley Castell. Isn't this true?
