Yeah, this is old news from a SATIRE magazine called the Onion here in the States.

My mom thought it was funny enough that she cut out the article and mailed it to me across the country!

The article was basically poking fun @ the trend out here in the States of sheltered college students getting into Bob and marijuana, and drinking a ton of beer-getting "faded."

If that's a crime, then I guess that's satire for you.
