Hey guys, can you tell me what that expression by black uhuru means when they sing "puff she puff, she just puff pon rasta."

Always thought it was pretty self-explanitory.

On further listening I have to say that I'm not sure what it means. I just assumed it was a ganja reference, but now I can't tell. The best I can figure is that "puff she puff" is refering to a woman complaining to her man, about how he isn't providing enough for the family. The resposne seems to be times are hard, so "no bother puff pon rasta."
Then again, I could be completely wrong!
