Who sings this song...Abusing & Assaulting?

I need help finding out who sings a tune please. I have a 7 inch on Typhoon, dated 1972. Side A is called Abusing & Assaulting, but the artist is scratched out. Side B is called Food Control. The artist is scratched out on side B too, but the sleeve has Shorty the President written on it for side B. The matrix number is DSR-GGR-8308-A. The lyrics start off like this...
