Is this both true? I'd love to listen to this one once though.

I have this,yes it's a pretty rare gem.It's also a satisfying lp,with the fourth song of A side named ''tribute to stone''(by Philip Frazer,if I'm not wrong) as the best,at my opinion.But this is NOT 'Kool Roots'!!!

it is not Kool Roots. (and nowhere near it)
the few good tunes on this LP (for my taste) are not Earth & Stone's ! There's a good Gaylads tune on it for example.. (You'll Come Running)
