Dennis Brown - A Little Bit More: Joe Gibbs Selections

I have been told that the sound quality on this album is poor. Can someone please confirm if this is true.

Thanks
Glenn

Hi Glenn

I bought this as soon as it came out and it is an absolute scorcher.
Just sat and skipped through every track just to see if that was the case and think you'd have to be hypercritical to say the sound is poor.

The fact that I had to go and listen to it after you asked the question tells me that sound quality isn't an issue.

Guarantee you won't be disappointed if you buy it.

I believe most of the songs are taken from vinyl and you can tell. If that bothers you, it would be a problem. If not, you're good.

Yes.It does sound pretty bad. Most Tracks are from vinyls using a denoiser to remove the vinyl noise.
VP Record has been constantly Destroying classic albums when remastering them. Especially the ones sold on itunes.
i have left a couple of reviews when i was ready to buy one of them, letting them know that they should fire who ever is responsible for the remastering.
