UNDERGROUND ROOT and DUB ALONG are sung by THE FULL EXPERIENCE, a female trio including Aura Lewis and Pamela Reed who were Scatch's backing vocalists and a Guyanese woman,Candy McKenzie, who had come to the Black Ark studio to record an album for ISLAND records.
The trio recorded 11 tracks with Scratch in 1977/78,but these were never released in their original form due to some conflict with Scratch.
5 tracks were eventually released by the French BLUE MOON label in 1987.
The track was developed for the song FROM CREATION which has been incorrectly credited to Junior byles but was actually sung by Clive HYLTON and was also a DUB PLATE SPECIAL for Brixton sound system operator Lloyd Coxsone.
