It's a rather weak album. Ras Vantt Sant isn't the best of singers and the production aren't that good always either. Some nice rhythm tracks are ruined by the singing (even the vocal interjections when in dub is ruining it). There are however a nice song or two on the album. I tend to enjoy »Down Babylon« but even that song isn't good all the way through.

If I'd have to give it a grade I would probably give it 2/5.

It just shows how misleading some albums covers can be.

Sometimes the tuffest albums have some real weak covers and the tuffest covers contain some real weak music.

...i feel like you are underrating this record a bit too much, i find it interesting...the voice of the singer even ruins the music, exaggerate!! ...we love many singers with a voice that in other styles of music would not permit to start a career, so why neglect ras vantt a chance...
