B side of 'Mr Ska Beana' (Alton Ellis)

Post by Snow Leopard »

I have a white label 7" of this from the early 1980's. On the B side is what sounds like a Lee Perry production.
It goes something like, "Children are crying, crying / And the people are dying, dying ... Hard life, bad food / Sins and crime are ..."

Does anyone know the singer or title?

Many thanks, peace, Snow Leopard.

This is called "the children are crying" and is on the same riddim as "crying over you" the Lee Perry produced song by the Heptones.
It was a self production by Alton Ellis.
