Linval Thompson & Edi Fitzroy Dub albums

Post by Rootsman »

Two rare dub albums that I have been after a long time.

Linval Thompson "Strong Like Sampson Dub"
"Edi Fitzroy meets Roots Radics at Channel One"

Does anyone have these two albums?

If so, please PM me so we can discuss it further.

Thanks

The Edi Fitzroy I saw go for dirt cheap on eBay. I still hate myself for not having bid on it.

Kalcidis

I reckon you should be kicking yourself HARD, this album is rare, if it was on e-bay cheap the seller didn`t know what he was selling.

Rootsman; To be honest I think it went for ... under $20. Don't remember what condition it was in but I do remember that I was thinking that I could never forgive myself for not bidding on it (thus it must have been described as EX or better since I never bid on records in worse condition - stupid ... yeah I know)

I never knew that, I have had Outlaw Dub long time but have not played it in long time either.

I will dig it out now and give it a spin.

I keep finding out I have dub albums I have been looking for only to fing ut I have them under a completely different title.

Man, why did they keep doing that ?

Kalcidis.

Guess we all learn from our mistakes. Lets hope it comes up again for you.

I had brought this up just a few months ago in a different thread. Are these in fact the same mixes? Did Gussie P mix the original album?
