You probably mean "Dread At The Control" by Michael Campbell. There are more Perry produced songs on the same riddim, like

- Green Bay Killing, with Lord Sassafrass (Megaton Dub 2).
- Big Neck Police [aka Dreadslocks In Moonlight] (Lee Perry)
- a few dub versions here and there (7" Island/Megaton Dub)
