On two of the tracks ,Dee Keh Dee (Tears) and Hah Bee Bah (Beloved) , there's a very prominent wind instrument(s) that rides both tracks from beginning to end.
What instrument is that?

Lead instrument on both tracks is a synthesizer.

With the tuning pitched that high I can't recall any natural wind instrument reaching these registers.
Maybe a flute or a penny-whistle has the same sounds in lower registers. For me these sounds have no resemblance to any known instrument, sorry.
