Yes, I have a UK copy on the Caribbean label - it doesn't have a riddim I recognise. If it's in a charity shop then get it, but I wouldn't break the bank on EBay.
I remember thinking it was mis-labelled because it's DJ-style. But then I heard Pablo was one of those artists who did his own vocal/DJ combinations on discomixes so I guess it is him.
The B-side is the version but (I think?) with part of the same DJ vocals remaining.
