This depends on what album you actually mean.
This one here [cover=8440,5308] was produced by George Phang and has just been reissued by VP. The original from 1985 on Powerhouse label has become quite rare, though strangely it didn't seem to be too collectable by the prices it got on the usual markets.
But there is another one on english Black Roots label, produced by Sugar Minott which has become extremely rare as it seems, although it was released as late as 1994.
