Vincent Ford, a songwriter credited with composing the Bob marley reggae classic no Woman, No Cry, has died in Jamaica. He was 68.

NWNC has been voted as one of the top 2 or 3 favourite Bob tunes.
IMHO, good in parts, but too long, especially the chorus.
I have often wondered about Vincent Ford, who was he,
what was his connection to Bob, what did he do, musically, in later years etc.
But he certainly was connected to some classic Wailers tunes.
May he rest easy now with Bob.
