Last night I gave his 'Who's Gonna Get Caught' 12" a play. It occured to me that I've never heard any of his other stuff.
Anyone got any views?

Bank Robbery is an absolute must with at least 3 crucial tunes, deep drum and bass lines, great voice, you really should dig it.

Re: Vivian Jones
he has more good than bad if you ask me.
young girl cousins 7"
dustbin material i forget the label 7"
great leaders i think the album is plus its dub companion are both great
that HIM centenary set is great too...i forget the exact title but came out late 80s i think around HIM centenary strangely enough.
b side to red eyes is fantastic too, i forget the title, "old man" maybe. that song is also done on a kinda obscure album from an on-u sound alumni whose name is escaping me right now but its even better than the 12" version imo.
to me his average is about 90% killer; i buy anything by him unheard and am rarely disappointed.

correcting myself here, it was called got a light on the 12" and i think "old man" on the lp...still cannot remember the artist name (eskimo fox?) but the album name was "nattorious", and included this track by v jones on it. dont know if it pre or post dated the 12" version.
vivian jones: if you dont know, get to know as a friend of mine is fond of saying.
