Does anyone know if the Roots Records label from the UK is still alive?
I bought a nice sampler called "the lion roars" in 2006 and never saw anything of them at my local recordstore again. The homepage adress printed on the sleeve doesn't exist anymore.
They still have a myspace page where they say an extended edition of Anthony Johnsons "Gunshot" Lp is coming soon on CD and vinyl! Good news to me if they're not out of date..
Any knowledge?

Don't know if it is "still alive", but the extended version of "Gunshot" has been available for quite a while on CD - http://new.honestjons.com/shop.php?pid=32045
