ID some contemporary rootikal reggae

Hi folks!

Looking thrue some old CD-R laying arround, a nice little tune popped up and the only reference I have is *Youth revelation* for the title. It has been on the CD for maybe 4 years now but it could be older.
Still it doesn't sound jamaican nor from the 70's.. It's most likely to be from one of thoses unknow local-scene band, completly inspired from the roots era who reveal to create some truly nice reggae even if it hardly finds it's audience now a days...
