It's a superb song called Love In The Ghetto.

It only appeared as a B-side on the 12 inch of Papa Levi- Mi God Mi King on Level Vibes pressing.
Inna Me Yard/Love in the Ghetto.

This song of Phillip Levi (nr 1 in Jamaica in 1984) was come out on three different labels.
Bad Breed,Taxi and Level Vibes.
You have to look for the level vibes one.
