another organ question

Does anyone know the type of organ used in the following examples:

Susan Cadogan - first 12 seconds of, "Congratulations"

Keith Hudson - intro to "Treasures of the World" (and "I Shall Be Released" cover)

The Upsetters - starting at 2:33 on "23rd Dub" (on the Justice League release of Kung Fu Meets the Dragon)

I'm fairly certain they're all the same type of organ judging by the brittle and dry tone of all three. I'm wondering if they're just playing on the higher registers of a clavinet but I'm not sure.

Reggae has such an incredibly diverse collection of organs and electric pianos! I love them all!
