he is connected to Little Roy & Munchie Jackson, did some tunes (with Little roy ) on the tafari label.

Also;

I have a distant memory that Ian Rock actually stands for two Twelve Tribes' members named Ian & Rock, respectively. They have sung harmonies for Little Roy, for example. Try checking his Pressure Sounds compilation "Tafari Earth Uprising".

Incidentally if you look at the"Tafari Earth Uprising" cover it actually says Ian, Rock and the Heptones as opposed to Ian Rock.

I have Little Roy album is from there and the Twelve Tribes Showcase that i have known him or they. I also got Sugar Minott "Ghettology" were he\they make apearence too.

Is there any track of the group Little Ian Rock or something that bring more light..Maybe there is a solo track that somebody have hidden in the must deep and obscure place of the record boxes
