No, as far as I know.
He is always mentioned as one of the few "classic" artists that didn't.

But who knows! This is Reggae after all...maybe he passed thry NY and voiced a Studio One riddim for Coxsone? (many dubplates over S1 riddims around)

Actually, I cannot say I've been following his career closely since the mid 90s. I'm not sure if he voiced for S1.

When we asked Coxsone whose artist he wished he had
recorded, he said GREGORY ISAACS right away. He never recorded for Studio One. According to Leroy Smart, it is because Gregory would not accept the usual Dodd's treatment. " Coxsone loved to record artists from country, said Smart. So he could control them. Because he used to beat his artists, yu never know ? The only one to resist was Ken Boothe." In fact, Dodd was kind of rough and would call almost all his artists " Jackson". Like " come back later, Jackson". In a tune about Coxsone, Burning Spear (very bitter about Coxsone), refers to the producer as " the man who used to call me Jackson". Guess Gregory has never been, and will never be, anyone's Jackson...
