Johnny Clarke Dreader Dread LP Question

was this Vinyl release a Double LP?
i have the cover of this and the track listing says "side A&B" I purchaced a used copy with plain sleeve from a shop and realized on the label it says "side C&D" with only half the tunes.
My question is, were there different pressings of this record? Single LP release or Double LP release?
any help thanks because im really confused.
