Lovely album and great to see the re-release of it.
Just a dream, but let them re-release all the Treasure Isle/High Note dub albums as a series, how big would that be?

Never knew 'Bag-O-Wire' was also connected to Treasure Isle..

Good lp from TI Studio. @ capt the Bag-o-Wire lp was remixed at TI studio and renamed. but my copy came in a plain sleeve and no credit on label to let you know what was the lp called, and the tracks are in a different arrangement from the BOW dub which was mixed @ KT studio.

Those 2 Treasure Isle dub records have been re-released many times during the 80s and 90s.. (often sold on ebay as being original..)
Even on cd (both volumes on 1 compilation record..)

the Treasure isle Dub albums have been destroyed by re-editing, repressing and re-circeling them to death. These are true classics and are worth being presented with an a-class re-mastering from the originals in a quality-packaging with linernotes and all.

However, ‘Pleasure Dub’, the best of the set featuring Errol Brown’s cuts to rock steady classics such as ‘The Right Track’ by Phyllis Dillon, ‘The Tide Is High’ and ‘Riding On A High & Windy Way’ from The Paragons and ‘Things You Say You Love’ by The Jamaicans has never been re-pressed since its initial release.
