Dillinger - Ten To One

Post by Funky Punk »

Anyone know what this is?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ten-One-Dilling ... 000QCQFS8/

An all new album or a compilation of older stuff? My next question - is it any good? I've been unable to find any info about this release online.

Thanks.

Dillinger has done only a mere handful of recordings for producer Niney Holness 'The Observer', that's why I would give this a 'bogus warning'.

Deciphering the back cover adds to this. Backed by Soul Syndicate and the Taxi Gang, heh? Recorded at Joe Gibbs, heh? Mixed by Scientist and Errol Thompson, heh?

Thanks for the heads-up. Your eyesight must be far better than mine. :)

Yes, it sounds *extremely* suspect from that blurb.

all i can say is it is very easy to compile a new album with veteran singers or dj's and convine the public that it's authentic, but please don't insult my intelligence with this LOL. it's some dub tracks voiced over in a nu-studio stylee.
