Drummer Hugh Malcolm

Hello,

We do not know many things about this drummer. He played for Nesta Marley Upsetters and many others at the time of the Early Reggae session, he was one very popular sideman drummer. He played also the drums on the Fams album with the great Carlton Barrett ! I wanted to know if Hugh Malcolm is dead (In which year ?) or alive ? Thanks and maybe you have more infos about him

Later retired back into the hills where he was happy to work out a living as a small holding farmer. He recorded some vocal tracks too if memory serves me, one of which is on the Amalgamated 'Jackpot of Hits' Lp as 'Good Time Rock'.
