Re: joe gibbs tune question???
Just had a very, very brief listen and the "Mighty Two Version" in this case is the version to the track before it, "Emmanuel Road".matt wrote:...i found a track on Prince Far I's "under heavy manners' album, but i don't know if that has the prince toasting over it....

It's just been used as a generic term for a dub cut as opposed to a specific version of a specific song. Definitely not what you are looking for particularly as it goes from "Emmanuel Road" straight into the version as opposed being a totally separate track.
Hope that makes sense.

I get the horrible feeling you are going to have to track down that "Two Sevens Clash" 7" as that is probably the only place it exists.matt wrote:yeah, it's this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ut120aBU1XQ

The reissue 7" doesn't even appear to have the version on the b-side as this looks like the Bo Jangles DJ cut on the reverse here - **["Two Sevens Clash"](http://www.soundsoftheuniverse.com/releases/?id=6724)**
Hopefully, Rob Strictly-Rockers is out there somewhere as this is his area of expertise.
Happy hunting.

Re: joe gibbs tune question???
Bizarrely, I just stumbled across a copy of the reissue 7" and the b-side is, in fact, "Prophesy" (as opposed to "Prophet") by Joe Gibbs and the Professionals. I listened it, and although it is a dub cut of "Two Sevens.." it did sound slightly different to the version on YouTube. (Don't hold me to that though as I had only heard the YouTube clip once!).
If you are interested (and in London) it is in the Rough Trade Shop off Brick Lane. £6.99 though!
