I have only managed to find one video of King Tubby on the internet. Its about 15 seconds long and is cool, but was just wondering if anyone has seen a longer one?

There must be more footage out there...
Has anyone ever seen a decent video of King Tubby?

I would love to see one as well. Tubby wasn't big on self-promotion, and did very few interviews, nor did he like to pose for pictures. It was as if he couldn't understand what all the fuss was about.
But sometimes stuff appears out of the blue from someone who has been sitting on it. We can still hope.

That 15 sec clip comes from a Japanese documentary (forgot the title..) it doesn't contain any further tubby material...

Great footage there. Here's a question: who can tell what amp and turntable Tubbs is playing with eight seconds in?

Apparently there is more to this clip which someone has in Holland or something. I wish they'd release it. There is of course some amazing footage of prince jammy in king tubbys studio with bunny lee and scientist making dubs and recording johnny clarke:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhDtlFmi ... re=related - Prince Jammy
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O3LI-xS ... re=related - Johnny Clarke
And also I love the Gladiators studio footage, from the 'beats from the heart: roots, rock, reggae documentary' :

These are so good they almost compensate for the lack of tubby footage, but it would still be great to see a bit more of him.
