With Alton Ellis ("Elton") "Deliver US" on the flip. JArret is written as J Jerreth on the 7. Canadian-only methinks.

yeah sounds like Winston Jarrett, but if richards lyrics are the absolutly right ones it isn't "Run To The Rock"
I feel like i heard the lyrics somewhen but i can't remember very well, Peter Tosh did one song with some kind of similar lyrics, song is called "Downpressor Man" but i fear that it isn't this one too.
