Curly Locks and Darkness On The City sounds to me more like an electric piano. (maybe other keyboard players can spot it)
Junior Dan played bass on that session (I think is Pablove Black or Geoffrey Chung on keybs), I'll ask him next time I see him if he remembers which keyboard was used.

I would defintely agree that it's an electric piano, and the same one used for The Blue Bells "Come Along". A clavinet has a grittier, more "plucked" sound. This sounds almost like a Fender Rhodes, or a knock-off.
