yea this tune originally sung by tappa zukie.i heard another version by a different artist....like late 70's or ealy 80's lovers rock....does anyone know the artist?bless

you mean the 'people are you ready.. oh lord..' frase? that has been used many times, or do you mean the riddim? that is Storm by Gregory Isaacs, also used many times

no not the storm riddim.the lyrics the same as tapper zukie one.i recorded a short clip wish i have the leads to do the connections to post it here.....

Looking for that song that has that phrase so people are you ready then will be follow by sounds simulating gun shot like vow vow. I'm from Panama and I love that song but I have been unable to find it cause it is hard to follow the Jamaican Lyrics sometime. The version I'm looking for is from the late 80's and it start like that: Follow me you must blan foolow me you must blan po po. another coir is Peiple are you ready vow vow. it is a dancehall song.
