Not generally a Dave Barker fan, but I've just been listening to his "Your Love's A Game" from Winston Riley and that track just smooooookes. Wow.
Wish he did more stuff like that. I really prefer when he just does his more chilled out singing rather than screeching like Dennis Alcapone.

I don't know if you already listened to his vocal skills on Perry Upsetter production, a real soul voice he had (and still has !)
For me one of the very best jamaican tracks in terms of vocal rendition :
